Admissions:

The Admissions Office is located at the main entrance of the hospital (south entrance via Tickle Street).  Admission hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pre-Registration:

To reduce your wait time and process time for admissions, you are encouraged to pre-register by calling the call the Admissions Office in advance at (731) 287-2411. After pre-registering by phone, you will only need to sign the paperwork, and show verification of your insurance and identification once you arrive at the hospital.  During your registration for medical services, information and authorization pertaining to your medical record and financial arrangements will be needed. All information will be handled confidentially. Please bring any insurance materials including your insurance and/or Medicare/TennCare cards. You will be responsible for any co-payments or deductibles at the time of service

We respect the confidentiality and privacy of each patients' protected health information.  Please refer to and read the information located on our Patient Rights & Responsibilities page.

Other helpful information to bring with you includes a medical history (previous surgeries or medical conditions, allergies, etc.), a list of medications you take, and your advance directive if you have one.

All patients are admitted to Dyersburg Regional Medical Center without regard to race, creed, color, sex, religion, ancestry, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, economic status, educational background, or the source of payment for care.
